1. Booking & pricing
Fares shown before booking are estimates based on distance and time and may vary with traffic, waiting time, extra stops or luggage. Night, weekend and demand surcharges may apply.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge from your confirmation email or tracking page while the ride is not yet on the way. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the end of the ride by the agreed method (cash, card or online). Invoices are available on request.
4. Conduct & safety
All passengers must wear seatbelts. The driver may refuse or end a trip in case of unsafe or abusive behaviour. Please leave the vehicle clean.
5. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control. Lost items should be reported as soon as possible.
6. Privacy
Your contact and trip details are used only to provide and improve the service and are never sold to third parties.
